Use a metal case and ground them.

 

I'm used an EPCOS EC 90 11 O (setting off voltage = 90 V) to use with 100 W - RF Power.

 

The line loss is verry good up to 500 MHz.

 

The SWR for the SW-bands are perfect, also on 6m and 4m, usable on 2m and not so good for the 70cm-band.

I'm used a EPCOS EC 90 X as discharger for max. 100 W-TX-power.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 The attenuation between 1 MHz and 150 MHz is good.

 

 

The math to 50 Ohm is verry good for the shortwave-range (SWR better 1:1,1).

The math to 50 Ohm on the 2 mb-VHF-range is not so good (SWR better 1:1,6).
